Qualifying training is for young graduates of higher education. It is part of the contribution to the national effort to promote employment.

Recruitment is open to holders of a bachelor's degree in physical sciences, mathematics or an equivalent degree.

Qualifying training project for 25,000 Graduates

This project aims to strengthen the vocational skills of 25,000 unemployed workers in order to facilitate their integration into the labor market.

The project was already tested at the INPT in 1992 and allowed to train 4 promotions (about 200 licensees), all for the benefit of Maroc Télécoms (ex-ONPT).

The training program for the benefit of 25,000 unemployed persons was relaunched in January 2016 and is spread over 3 to 5 years. It lasts from 9 to 12 months depending on the type of the offered training.

As a first step, the program will benefit only 10,000 graduates in several fields and, due to a partnership with the CGEM, half of the duration of this training will be carried out within the companies affiliated to the Confederation.
